People's party to celebrate the end of Capital of Culture year
Liverpool's waterfront will be the setting for a spectacular people’s party to mark the end of Capital of Culture year. The party is on January 10, 2009, after the New Year festivities are finished. The event will also mark the official opening of the canal link with the Pier Head.
